Steve Cox
Steve was one of the founding members of Prodoc and now owns the business outright. His strength of experience in software design stands him in good stead for his role of ongoing development – ensuring Prodoc stays current and provides the functionality demanded by the marketplace. He is also a talented leader, aligning his team to ensure top quality customer delivery is a priority. In his spare time he is an avid race car driver, focusing on motor racing and go-karting with his young sons. steve@prodoc.co.nz
Gerhard Pretorius General Manager
Gerhard joined Prodoc 3 years ago when he immigrated to New Zealand with his wife from South Africa. He is a talented and experienced software developer and is responsible for system maintenance and client installation. He also takes care of customer training, customisation and support. With all of that on his plate he still manages to find the time to help support his wife running their Esquires Coffee House. gerhard@prodoc.co.nz
Andrew Wilson Customer Support
Andrew is the newest member of the team, joining us in October 2009.
Originally from the UK, Andrew travelled across with his partner to follow his parents’ footsteps and hasn’t looked back.
He brings with him many years of customer service experience in industries as diverse as insurance, telecommuncations, and engineering. His lastest role focued on 3D graphics and CAD systems.

Michelle Duffin Office Manager
Camera-shy Michelle is the one that keeps the wheels smoothly turning. She handles not only our accounts system but also the day to day running of the office and assists with customer enquiries. Our hats are off to her as she juggles all of this with running a home and parenting two energetic kids. michelle@prodoc.co.nz
Audrey Coles Marketing Manager
Audrey came on board late in 2008, bringing a vast marketing tool kit derived for broad experience in industries as diverse as pharmaceuticals, brewing, financial services and appliance manufacturing.
She's responsible for communicating with the market place to attract new customers and also keeping existing customers abreast of news and developments.
She’s also a talented artist, working part-time at Prodoc in order to pursue her painting career. audrey@prodoc.co.nz
