We have deployed an easy to use Remote Support tool that will allow us to see what you see as well as interact with your computer. Please follow the steps below:
- Only download and use this tool after speaking to a Prodoc Support Representative
- You must have internet access and be able to browse to http://www.prodoc.co.nz
- Download the Tool from here
- Double click on the downloaded file
- Give Prodoc Support your unique "Your ID" number
- Prodoc Support should be able to connect to your pc with an encrypted connection now and assist you
- You have ultimate control over the session and can stop it at any given time
- The Prodoc Remote Support screen will look similar to the screen below:
The software is virus and spyware free and has been scanned by McAfee Anti-Virus and XoftSpy Anti Spyware software. As soon as you close the window, the Prodoc Remote Support Tool, Prodoc will be unable to connect to your PC until you run the tool again. Prodoc Helpdesk Representatives can only connect to your PC while you are running the Remote Support Tool.
The Prodoc Remote Support Tool uses TeamViewer available from http://www.teamviewer.com.
