We have developed an easy to use Remote Support tool that will allow us to see what you see as well as interact with your computer.
Please follow the steps below:
1) ONLY download and use this tool after speaking to a Prodoc Support Representative.
2) You MUST have internet access and MUST be able to browse to http://www.prodoc.co.nz
3) Download the Tool from HERE.
4) Follow the prompts as per below:

Click on Run

Click on Run again

Double click on Prodoc Remote Connection
5) Prodoc should be able to see your screen now.
6) Notes
The software is virus and spyware free and has been scanned by McAfee Anti-Virus and XoftSpy Anti Spyware software.
As soon as you close the window, the Prodoc Remote Support Tool will be uninstalled completely and Prodoc will be unable to connect to your PC until you run the tool again.
Prodoc Helpdesk Representatives can only connect to your PC WHILE you are running the Remote Support Tool.
