One of the commonest queries we get at our helpdesk is in relation to systems that don’t print or don’t send email and EDI message
Look in Prodoc under Activities->Print Queue. If everything you’ve tried to send is in there it is likely that the Prodoc Print Queue service has stopped.
To remedy the problem simply restart your Prodoc server and Print Queue services on the Prodoc server.
If you have access to the Prodoc server but are unsure of what to do, contact Prodoc Support and we’ll teach you how to restart Prodoc Server and Print Queue.
In most cases this will quickly fix the problem and save you time.
If restarting the Prodoc services does not clear the issue then contact Prodoc Support
