Sometimes as part of troubleshooting we need to run some tests here at Prodoc.  So that we can accurately recreate your setup at this end we may ask that you send across the shipment you are working on, and what we call the Prodoc ‘system’ which is an all-in-one copy of your current form layouts and import specifications.
